We receive a patient’s inquiry and assign them to a medical supervisor for an in-depth consultation.
Medical supervisor will request photos from patience for the free assessment by the doctor. Once the treatment plan is prepared, a personal consultant will share more information about the treatment plan.
A deposit payment is required to secure patients special pricing during a year. Once the payment is made, your visit can be schedule at any time, pending availability. A treatment date does not need to be schedule before making the deposit payment.
Your deposit will be deducted from the remaining treatment balance. Dates can be chosen at patient’s desire. We also accept short notice requests!
Once the deposit has been received, a coordinator will make the necessary arrangements, and contact you about the preferred treatment date. Hotels, airport transfers and flights will be arranged by our team.
Your private driver will meet you in the airport upon arrival. The personal host will meet you in the hotel and assist you on your treatment and check-up day. Additionally, your coordinator will be available to you 24/7. After having your final checkup, you will be accompanied to the airport with a private driver.
When you fly back to your country, we will still stay in touch with you to follow up your healing process.
